Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- In the original packaging, including all protective wraps and boxes.
- Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products due to their nature:
- Cheese Boards: For hygienic reasons, all cheese boards are considered final sale once used.
Please note that this policy is in place to uphold our high standards of quality and safety for every customer.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship your return without an RMA number.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive the package.
Refund Information
Once your return is processed and approved:
- Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Deductions: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
