- Standard Shipping (12.95 USD): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our elegant, artisanal products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process within a 15-day window.

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Be in the original packaging, including all protective wraps and boxes.
- Be accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
To uphold the highest standards of health and safety for all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product category:
- Cheese Boards: For imperative hygienic reasons, all cheese boards are considered final sale once used.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship your return without an RMA number.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request. Please allow 3-5 business days for this processing after we receive the package.
Refund Information
Once your return is processed and approved:
- Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Deductions: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
