Shipping

We ship worldwide excluding Asia and certain remote regions. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

• Standard Shipping (12.95 USD): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving within 10-15 business days after leaving our warehouse.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS, typically arriving within 15-25 business days after leaving our warehouse.

These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill cancellation or modification requests after this period as we begin processing orders quickly.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our elegant, artisanal products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.

Timeframe

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

• Be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition
• Be in the original packaging, including all protective wraps and boxes
• Be accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For imperative hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cheese boards once they have been used. All cheese boards are considered final sale after use.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day period with “Return/Exchange Request” in the subject line, including your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for instructions from our team, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging and ship to the provided address

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that the original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
